How quickly can I start making money?
If you have your banking information, you can start accepting payments in under 10 minutes.
Do you support Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes! Your customers will be able to pay with a credit card, debit card, Apply Pay or Google Pay.
Is there a fee to use Luma?
Luma takes a 5% fee from ticket sales in addition to Stripe’s credit card transaction fee. You can remove this fee by upgrading to Luma Plus.
Do you support PayPal, Payoneer or other payment processors?
As of today, we only support Stripe, which is available in 40+ countries. If you are outside these countries, you may consider using Stripe Atlas to set up a US entity.
We are looking into supporting other payment processors, but we don’t have a timeline to share.
